Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS 

Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 working hours from the time you place your order. Products that require a different delivery time will be indicated as such when you place your order.

We do not deliver to your domicile on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

The shipping costs are as follows, which you can also see broken down during the purchase process depending on the delivery address.

Spain-Peninsula* and Portugal: Free for orders over 70€. For orders under 70€ the shipping cost will be 6€.


Balearic Islands: 9€.


Canary Islands: 10€.


USA: 25€.


*We do not ship to Ceuta and Melilla.

 

TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT THE SHOP 

If you live in Madrid, you can pick up your order in our shop free of charge at Lope de Vega, 12 street, 28014 Madrid. In order to pick it up you must present the ID card with which you made the purchase.
